Job Description:
- Perform the administrative functions for the English-speaking President/GM of an international game and software development company.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Screens calls, prepares daily meeting schedule, organizes and maintains executive files, prepare expense reports, etc.
-- Translate written materials from Chinese to English, as well from English to Chinese.
-- Act as interpreter during meetings and presentations.
-- Participates in meetings as requested to take meeting notes for future distribution and follow-up.
-- Arranges and coordinates travel schedules and reservations; crates detailed itineraries.
-- Assists with special projects as needed, e.g., tradeshows, presentations, etc.
-- Backs up reception area--greeting guests, answering multiple-line telephone, receiving visitors.
-- Conducts research as requested, using the Internet and other resources; compiles and creates marketing and consumer research reports.
- Prepares PowerPoint presentations in Chinese and English
Job Requirements:
- At minimum, a four-year Bachelor degree in? English, Communication, Business, or Project Management.
- At a minimum, 3 years professional experience in EA position.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, in Chinese and English
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Requires a high-level of professionalism and an appreciation for the confidentiality and sensitivity of information received and handled.
- Requires a maximum attention to detail and organization skills.
- Must be a team player and self-starter with a positive attitude. Ability to work with people at all levels of the company.
- Must have played at least on MMORPG game for 3 months or more. |
